My best friend growing up used to ask people in restaurants, "Are you Christmas or Hanukkah?" Those were the only options we knew about in our town. Nowadays, I'm a fan of the generic holiday card. Plenty festive, and there's no need to worry about sending Hanukkah cards to people who are Christmas and vice versa.
